Moving Hearts, the ESG initiative of Moving Walls, a global ad tech provider of enterprise software for the Out-Of-Home (OOH) industry, is excited to announce its upcoming event, “Media for a Better World: A Roadmap Towards
Sustainable OOH Media.”
Earlier this year, Moving Walls commissioned an in-depth study by a team from the Asia School of Business (ASB). Their task was to create a draft roadmap for achieving net zero in OOH advertising. This comprehensive study involved input from industry stakeholders, including advertisers, media agencies, and media owners, to guide the OOH
industry toward a sustainable future.
Research by Outsmart UK and KPMG underscores that OOH produces the lowest carbon emissions per impression compared to other major media channels. As one of the fastest-growing media channels, especially Digital OOH (DOOH), it is imperative that the industry collaborates towards a unified vision of sustainable OOH advertising. This event, planned by Moving Walls, marks the beginning of an effort to create a unified vision. We’re bringing together brands, agencies, media owners, and associations under one umbrella to pursue a shared goal. Our open-source draft embodies fresh ideas, thought leadership, and crucial discussions centered around sustainability in the OOH industry.
