Key Responsibilities
- SEO: Improve organic traffic, optimize content, and address technical SEO issues.
- SEM: Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Analytics: Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush; provide actionable insights.
- CRO: Collaborate on UX/UI enhancements to boost conversions.
- Collaboration: Align SEO/SEM efforts with marketing goals and assist with website updates.
KPIs
- Growth in organic traffic, rankings, and domain authority.
- Increased ROI and conversions in paid campaigns.
- Enhanced traffic trends, engagement, and qualified leads.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in SEO/SEM or digital marketing with measurable success.
- Skills: Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools, campaign management, and basic web development.
- Certifications (Preferred): Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush.
