Growth Marketing Executive
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to drive inbound sales and support Mastrum’s growth in Japan. This role focuses on generating leads, creating marketing materials, and aligning strategies with sales objectives to boost revenue. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and local teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Sales Support: Develop marketing strategies to generate leads, collaborate with sales on tailored campaigns, and optimize lead generation using CRM tools.
- Content Creation: Create marketing materials like case studies, white papers, and presentations, and manage content updates on digital platforms.
- Market Expansion: Conduct research, support market entry, and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies.
- Event & Partnership Coordination: Plan events, webinars, and co-marketing initiatives with media agencies to drive engagement.
- Lead Generation: Design campaigns for lead generation and optimize targeting through data-driven insights.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Generate MQLs and achieve conversion targets.
- Host PMV-focused events to increase pipeline value.
- Establish marketing collaborations with key media agencies.
- Drive content engagement and pipeline growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years in marketing or sales support, ideally in tech/SaaS.
- Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms (Zoho), and analytics (GA, LinkedIn).
- Languages: Fluent in Japanese (spoken & written).
