Role Overview
As a Lead Data Scientist, you’ll optimize algorithms, lead a team, and develop cutting-edge solutions to improve our platform’s performance. Collaborate across teams and stay at the forefront of AdTech advancements to drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and develop algorithms to enhance our DMP for OOH advertising.
• Lead a team of data scientists, ensuring project success and mentorship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address challenges.
• Present data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.

Requirements

• Master’s/PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in data science with a focus on algorithm development.
• Expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and Python/Java.
• Proven leadership and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills; AdTech/OOH experience is a plus.
