Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QA Automation Lead to join our team in Chennai, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, leadership skills, and a passion for ensuring high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA automation team in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts.
• Develop and maintain the automation framework to ensure scalability, reusability, and efficiency.
• Identify and address bottlenecks, risks, and issues in the automation process.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new automation tools and technologies to improve the testing process.
• Monitor test results, analyze defects, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in QA automation, with at least 3 years in a lead or managerial role.
• Strong proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress or similar.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) for test automation.
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Git, or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms and environments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
