Job Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Tech Lead to guide Agile POD teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. As the primary technical mentor, you’ll drive innovation, bridge architecture with implementation, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Lead Agile POD teams for seamless collaboration and execution.
• Design scalable solutions with architects and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous learning.
• Oversee the development lifecycle and resolve technical challenges.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer in Agile teams.
• Expertise in Java, Angular, Python, and databases (MongoDB, SQL, NoSQL).
• Proficiency in AWS and familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Preferred:

• Experience in e-commerce or OOH advertising tech.
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, and Agile tools.
